The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has an unusual student disciplinary system. Although other schools sometimes involve students in disciplinary proceedings, UNC's "Honor Court" is entirely student-run and student-led.

I agree with the legislative intent to expand healthcare coverage to the 40 million uninsured Americans and preclude discrimination against Americans with preexisting conditions who are seeking coverage within the individual market.

Let us hope that the Supremes (the court, not the singing group) come down on the right side (which according to numerous polls, is also considered to be the "correct" side by most Americans) of the Obamacare argument they are hearing this week (3/26-28/12).

Oral arguments have ended before the Supreme Court regarding Obamacare. Perhaps significantly, Justice Kennedy, the Court's notorious swing vote, appeared to be very concerned about the status of young people with respect to the healthcare bill.
